One thing I do: forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead.
It is amazing how these few words relay such a strong message. There are times we hold onto the hurts or wrongdoings of the past and don’t realize that we are actually hurting ourselves. In order to experience peace and happiness, we need to forgive others for any wrongdoings, forgive ourselves for any mistakes that we have committed and move on from the past. As such, we will find that forgiveness is very important for our well-being and achievement of happiness because by forgiving others and ourselves, we will be able to experience a sense of freedom, healing and peace.
